🌷 Processing Time: Each charm is handmade to order, so please allow 4-5 weeks for your tiny companion to be sculpted, cured, finished, and packed with care.
🌷 Cancellations & Returns: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
🌷 Shipping & Delivery: After dispatch, delivery times depend on the courier service and are outside our control. If you need an update on your shipment, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
🌷 Damages & Issues: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make things right.
