Because every piece is handmade, with no molds used, and every detail is sculpted from scratch, custom commissions typically take 4–5 weeks to complete. This allows enough time for sculpting, drying, finishing, and quality checks to ensure your piece is made with care.
Yes! We ship custom orders across India, so you can place an order from anywhere in the country.
Once sculpting starts, the deposit is non-refundable. Since custom creations are unique pieces built specifically for you, they cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. However, I make sure you approve the product photo beforehand to guarantee you love it!
